These Terms of Use govern your use of the AI Rank Inspector Chrome extension, the airankinspector.com website, and the optional emailed PDF report service (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What AI Rank Inspector Provides

AI Rank Inspector is a Chrome extension that reviews a webpage you select and produces automated SEO, AEO and GEO audit findings, including scores, flagged issues and recommendations. Standard audits run inside your browser. You may optionally request an emailed PDF report, which is generated by a separate report service.

Automated Recommendations, Not Guarantees

AI Rank Inspector provides automated recommendations based on observable page signals. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, rich-result eligibility, or inclusion or citation by any AI system, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity.

AI Rank Inspector does not detect, and does not claim to detect, whether webpage content was written by artificial intelligence. Its checks are limited to observable technical, structural and content signals described on this website.

Recommendations may require editorial judgement. You are responsible for deciding which changes, if any, to make to a page.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt or overload the Service or the report service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent security or rate-limiting measures
• Use the Service to violate the rights of any third party, including the owner of an audited webpage
• Submit false or misleading information when requesting a PDF report

Auditing Third-Party Webpages

The extension can be used on any publicly accessible webpage that loads in your browser, including pages you do not own. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service in relation to a third-party page complies with applicable law and that page’s own terms of use.

Accounts and Information You Provide

No account is required to run a standard browser audit. If you request an emailed PDF report, you provide an email address and, optionally, a name and topic. Information provided this way is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Requesting a PDF report does not create a marketing subscription. Marketing communications require separate, explicit sign-up.

Availability and Changes

AI Rank Inspector is currently in early access. Features, availability and pricing may change as the product develops. We may add, modify or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the Service, at any time.

Intellectual Property

The AI Rank Inspector name, branding, extension code and website content are owned by AI Rank Inspector or its licensors. You retain all rights to the content of webpages you own and audit. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to us.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit findings will be accurate or complete for every page or page type.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Rank Inspector is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any decisions made based on audit findings or recommendations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for use that violates these Terms, including misuse of the report request feature.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. The latest version will always be published on this page.
