The extension is not loading
Try reloading the webpage and reopening the Chrome side panel. If the problem continues, tell us the page URL and a screenshot of what you see.
An audit will not run
Confirm the page has finished loading before starting the audit. If it still fails, include the page URL and the selected page type when you contact us.
I have not received my report email
Report emails are sent from reports@airankinspector.com. Check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us. If it still has not arrived after a reasonable time, email us with the address you used to request the report.
A result looks wrong for this page
